Selection of working medium oil
Viscosity requirements: ISOVG32-68 common working medium oil (R&O) shall be used under the working conditions below 7MPa; Wear-resistant working medium oil shall be used above 7MPa, with viscosity range of 15~400mm ²/s (cSt).
Pollution control: the oil pollution degree shall be kept within NAS9 to avoid pump failure or shortened service life caused by impurities.
Installation and Operating Specification
Shaft center alignment: the eccentricity of transmission shaft and pump shaft shall be ≤ 0.05mm (TIR) to avoid the damage of bearing and oil seal caused by radial force.
Oil temperature control: the operating oil temperature shall be maintained at 0 ~ 60 ℃, and the service life of the seal may be affected if the temperature exceeds the range.
