Parker F11 series hydraulic motor is a high-performance skew shaft plunger hydraulic motor produced by Parker Hann, widely used in engineering machinery, industrial equipment and ship fields. Technical features, performance parameters, application scenarios and key points of model selection are introduced in detail as follows:
1、 Core Design Features
Oblique shaft plunger structure
The axial plunger tilt plate design is adopted, the plunger forms a fixed angle with the cylinder axis (usually 15 °~25 °), and the displacement adjustment is realized by changing the tilt angle (some models support variable control).
Compared with swash plate motor, the inclined shaft structure has higher mechanical efficiency (up to over 95%) and stronger impact resistance.
High-strength bearing system
It is equipped with double-row tapered roller bearing, which can bear axial and radial combined load and adapt to heavy load working conditions (such as excavator rotation and crane luffing).
The service life of the bearing is more than 10000 hours (under rated working conditions).
Low speed high torque output
The minimum stable rotating speed can reach 5 rpm, and the output torque is inversely proportional to the rotating speed, which is suitable for low speed and large torque scenarios (such as drilling rig rotation and die casting machine opening and closing).
Modular design
Support single-pump drive multi-motor (connected via oil distributor), or series/parallel combination to expand flow or pressure range.

4、 Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Daily inspection
Monitor the oil temperature (≤ 80 ℃ is recommended) to prevent the sealing elements from failure.
Check the leakage (shaft seal and shell joint surface) and replace the seals in time.
Common faults
Insufficient output torque: it may be caused by oil pollution, wear of valve disc or damaged bearing. Clean the system and replace accessories.
Noise abnormality: check whether the clearance between the plunger and the cylinder block exceeds the standard (standard value ≤ 0.03mm), and adjust or replace the components.
Life Extension Recommendations
Replace the hydraulic oil after the first 500 hours of operation and then every 2000 hours.
Avoid long-time overpressure or overspeed operation, and regularly check the pressure switch and temperature sensor.
